This website

• Body text is 18px and never smaller. Labels, captions and legal small print are never below 12px, and you can enlarge everything with your browser or phone settings.
• Colours are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA contrast levels, and nothing is shown by colour alone.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily, and every one shows a clear outline when you move through the page with a keyboard.
• There is no flashing content and nothing loops. One short animation on the home page counts through an example once, then stops, and it does not run at all when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Pages are written in plain English, with headings you can jump between and descriptions on every meaningful image.
• Everything works on a phone, and each page prints cleanly with our phone number and email on it.

We check the site against WCAG 2.2 AA. If something doesn’t work for you, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Information in another format

Anything on this site, and any letter, plan or report we send you, can be provided as large print, plain text, an email you can read aloud, or talked through by phone. Just ask.

Our sessions

One-to-one sessions happen where you are, so there’s no building to get into and no travel. When we start small groups, we’ll tell you about access, parking and toilets at the venue before you book. Tell us about any equipment, communication aids or support you use day to day and we will plan around them, not the other way round.
