Safeguarding
We work with children and with adults who may be vulnerable, in their own homes. That carries a duty, and this page says plainly how we meet it.
If we see or hear something that makes us think a child or adult may be at risk of harm, we will talk to you about it wherever that is safe to do. Where it is not, or where the concern is serious, we will pass it to the local safeguarding team, and in an emergency we will call 999. We would rather have an awkward conversation than miss something.
If anything about our conduct concerns you, tell us: 07718 992418 or hello@neuroachieveuk.co.uk. If you would rather not raise it with us directly, the safeguarding contacts below will take it. Where a session happens in a school or a care home, that setting’s own complaints procedure applies too.

These are the Worcestershire numbers. Elsewhere — including Birmingham, Dudley and the wider West Midlands — search your own council’s website for “report a safeguarding concern”; every council has a children’s and an adults’ line.
