Send an enquiry

Everything is needed unless it says optional.

A little about the diagnosis, what’s hard right now, and what you’d like to be able to do. Please don’t include detailed medical records.

Phone
07718 992418. Susan’s often in a session, so leave a message and she’ll ring you back.
Where we work
Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Stourbridge, Birmingham and the surrounding area. One-to-one sessions happen where you are, so there’s no clinic to travel to. Travel within this area is included; further afield, we agree a mileage charge with you before you book.

Referring a client? Case managers, NHS teams, schools, social workers and care homes are welcome to refer, with the person’s consent. Use the enquiry form and choose “A client I’m referring”, or email us with “Referral” in the subject line.

Booking a free taster? Care homes and schools can book a free 45-minute taster session with the enquiry form: choose “A care home or organisation” and tell us two or three days that suit you.

What happens next

No pressure, and no long contract

The first step is a phone call, usually within two working days of your message. Here is how it goes from there.

The assessment visit

  • Where and how long: at home, at school or in the care home, for up to 90 minutes.
  • Who should be there: the person themselves, and whoever helps day to day: a parent, partner, carer or key worker. The plan has to fit real life, so the people who live it should be in the room.
  • What to wear and bring: comfortable clothes and flat shoes, plus any splints, walking aids or communication aids you normally use.
  • What you get: a few clear goals written down, a first home programme, and a straight answer about whether this is the right approach for you.

After that

  • Regular sessions where you are, with simple practice ideas for in between.
  • A review together about every eight weeks, when we set the next goals.
  • No long contract. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel, and there’s no charge if you, your child or the person you care for is unwell.
  • With your permission, we share goals with your NHS team, school or case manager so everyone pulls the same way.
